Is this therapy or coaching? It is coaching, identity work and facilitated inner work, not therapy. We are not here to diagnose, label, or stay at the surface. We are here to understand what is really going on and shift it.
Do I need to have done inner work before? No. You do not need to arrive with any experience. You just need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to look under the surface.
Who it is for
Work with women only?
No, but my work is designed to support the retention of women in technical and leadership roles, especially those who are tired of being unheard, second guessing themselves, or carrying too much.
Individuals or companies? Both. I work privately with individuals and with companies, and leadership programmes that want a real shift, not a tick box wellbeing exercise.
Who is this not for?
It is not for people looking for quick fixes, surface level motivation, or a tick box wellbeing experience. It is also not for people who want to stay in the head and avoid the deeper work.
How it works
Online or in person?
Both. I work online with clients and I can also do in person workshops or individual sesions when it makes sense for both parties.
One off 1:1s?
Yes, but mainly as a starting point or a follow up. The deeper transformation usually needs more than one session.
Support between sessions?
Yes, depending on the offer. Most programmes include level of support between calls.
Optimal duration?
For real change, longer than a single session. A three months is usually where things start to shift properly, because we are not just solving a surface problem. I recommend min of 6 months.
How often are the calls? For individual sessions usually weekly. In some cases, we agree a bi-weekly rhythm if that suits the client and the work better.
How do I know which offer is right for me?
That depends on what you want to shift and how deep we need to go. 1:1 work is for more personal attention, tailored to what we are working on, and the group programme is for deeper ongoing change. For companies, it depends on whether they need a strategy element, a behaviour change element, or both.
